What Is Covered:
Upon payment of the deductible amount per repair visit stated on the float of this Limited Warranty, the Selling Dealer will make necessary repairs to the parts listed below (“Covered Repairs”), if not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and if the vehicle is not excluded from coverage. Replacement of any part may be made with parts of like kind and quality at the time of breakdown, including remanufactured or used parts. This Limited Warranty covers failure to a covered part resulting from normal wear and tear. The following is a list of Parts covered by this Limited Warranty.
Powertrain Coverage
All engine internal lubricated parts, pistons, cylinder block and heads, factory installed turbocharger or supercharger units, flywheel, fuel pump, manifolds, oil pan and oil pump, seals and gaskets, thermostat, thermostat housing and gasket, timing chain cover, timing gears and chain or belt, valve covers, water pump, crankshaft and main bearing and engine block, if damaged by the failure of an internally lubricated part.
All transmission internal parts, seals and gaskets, torque converter, transfer case, and transmission case.
Front wheel axle shafts, final drive housing and internal parts, front-wheel bearings, locking rings and automatic front locking hubs (four-wheel drive vehicles), seals and gaskets, universal and constant velocity joints.
Rear wheel axle shafts, drive axle housing and internal parts, drive shaft, rear wheel bearings, retainers, seals and gaskets, universal and constant velocity joints.
What is Not Covered:
This limited warranty will cover only those items listed under “What is Covered” and does not cover the following:
(a) The Premier Limited Powertrain Warranty For Life is not offered on the following vehicles: those without a powertrain (such as electric vehicles), vehicles used for business, commercial, or ride share purposes and certain heavy duty trucks and high performance vehicles. (b) Incidental or consequential damages or loss caused by breakdown of covered parts (or otherwise) including property damage, personal injury, inconvenience, loss of vehicle use, towing costs, damage to a covered part by a non-covered part and damage to a non-covered part by a covered part. (c) Repairs covered by any manufacturer’s or manufacturer’s warranty on the covered vehicle (whether or not transferred with the vehicle), manufacturer’s recall or factory bulletins, breakdowns of components caused by a defect the manufacturer has publicly announced it would correct, but which you failed to have corrected, repairs performed by someone other than a licensed repair facility. (d) All commercial use is excluded and will void coverage under this Limited Warranty. (e) Repairs required because of collision, abuse, operation without proper lubrication or coolant, road conditions, misuse, negligence, racing, accidents, fires, floods, riots, acts of God, vandalism, upset, theft, lack of maintenance, abuse through towing or improper load capacity, abuse through continued operation of an impaired vehicle, or any other losses normally covered by casualty insurance. (f) Alterations that cause the vehicle to be out of compliance with the manufacturer’s specifications. (g) Repairs beyond those required to correct the covered failure. (h) Repairs of components which have modified or added to the vehicle after purchase, any repairs on vehicles whose mileage has been altered or whose odometer has been tampered with. (i) Repairs made outside the Continental United States and Canada, unless you obtain a written waiver to this condition from the Selling Dealer. (j) Any manufacturer’s required maintenance. (k) The repair of valves and/or rings for the sole purpose of improving engine performance and compression when no failure has occurred. (l) Diagnostic fees for any non-covered repairs. (m) Damage caused by your failure to take reasonable precautions to prevent further damage when an apparent problem exists. (n) Maintenance items, including labor and parts, such as tune ups, carburetor adjustments, oil changes, engine adjustments, alignments, fuel system cleaning, spark plugs, repairs related to fuel or oil contamination, wheel balancing, filters, belts, hoses, and brake linings.
The total benefits payable under this Limited Warranty shall not exceed the price paid for the vehicle.
Waiver:
Except as otherwise required under applicable law, the Parties to this limited warranty agree that neither of them will assert class action or representative action claims against the other, whether in arbitration or otherwise, which actions are hereby waived; and each of the Parties shall only submit their own, individual claims in arbitration or litigation and will not seek to represent the interests of any other person.
Change of Vehicle Ownership
This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and immediately terminates and expires, when you sell, transfer, or otherwise convey ownership of the subject vehicle.
This limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which very from state to state. To the extent allowed by applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose applicable to the covered vehicle is limited in duration to the term of this Limited Warranty. As some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty will last, or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, such limitations may not apply to you.
How To Obtain Covered Repairs
If your vehicle is within forty (40) miles of the Selling Dealer, you must deliver your vehicle to the Selling Dealer at the address where you purchased the vehicle. If your vehicle is more than forty (40) miles from the Selling Dealer, call Warranty for Life, LLC for instructions before you deliver your vehicle to a repair facility. Authorization for Covered Repairs must be obtained from the Selling Dealer’s Administrator, Warranty for Life, LLC, to teardown or repair. Call the toll free number listed below.

Maintenance responsibilities: If you fail to perform the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance, such as oil changes and other periodic services and your failure causes a breakdown, this will result in loss of your protection under this Limited Warranty. Maintenance records from the date of sale supported by receipts indicating dates, mileage and service performed must be kept during the term of this Limited Warranty and made available to the Selling Dealer or Administrator on request.
